thoughts after reflecting on Psalm 40

THE PSALMIST PRAYS:

I delight to do your will O My
God and your law is
   within my heart.

And your thoughts
   toward us

Yet the Lord thinks
   upon me.

PSALMIST DORIS PRAYS:

The nudgings of the Lord
  sustain me.
He whispers to me in the
  secret of my heart
He thinks upon me always;
 forever ongoing are his thoughts of me.
I hold all this stirring within my heart;
 and ponder throughout the day
  the treasure of my heart.
